Product description Previous page Next page Previous page Next page Previous page Next page Does the clip actually hold the T5 on a ball-cap brim without slipping? Yes. The center-mounted clip is rated for cap brims, shirt collars and backpack straps. The compact body stays put even when you turn your head, and the 180° pivoting head lets you aim the beam where you're looking — true hat-clip headlamp use. How long does the USB-C charging take, and can I use any standard cable? About 1.4 hours from empty using any standard USB-C cable. The charging indicator breathes red during charging and turns solid blue when full. A 5V/1A or higher USB output works best. Is the T5 waterproof enough for heavy rain or a wet jobsite? Yes — the T5 carries an IPX-6 rating, tested against powerful water jets from any angle. It handles rain, splashes and outdoor work fine. Avoid full submersion or long soaking, as IPX-6 is jet-rated, not dive-rated. How long does Firefly mode actually last on a single charge? Up to 188 hours at 0.2 lumens — nearly 8 days of continuous use. It's just bright enough for tent reading, hallway navigation or a multi-day power-outage backup, so a single charge can cover most blackouts. How do I prevent the T5 from switching on by accident in a pocket or bag? Twist the physical 3-position selector dial to the lock icon. No button press will turn the light on. The same dial switches between Lock / White / RGB, so you can lock or unlock it easily even with gloves on.
