Reduce food waste and support composting with BioBag Food Scraps Bags. Designed for collecting kitchen waste like food scraps, these 3-gallon bags fit most countertop compost pails and are ideal for home, municipal, and community composting programs. BioBags are breathable, allowing moisture to evaporate and helping reduce odors caused by debris and bacteria. When paired with a ventilated bin, they create an effective system for managing food waste. Though not made to last forever, BioBags are strong enough for everyday use and break down in composting environments. Each bag is visibly printed with certified compostable labeling and meets ASTM D6400 standards, ensuring complete decomposition without harmful residues. Approved for use in green and brown cart communities that accept compostable plastics. For best results, use within one year of purchase and store in a cool, dry place. Change bags every 3–5 days to prevent condensation buildup. If you don’t use compost bags frequently, consider our 100-count option for better value.
