Product Pricing: Customers can first check the reference prices and detailed information on our website, and then contact the salesperson for a quote based on their needs.If it's a customer's own design, it's best to provide a physical sample so that we can accurately calculate the price; looking at a picture can only give an approximate estimate.The final price is subject to the sample price confirmed in the written contract signed by our factory. Larger order quantities will qualify for more favorable pricing.Generally, the quotation does not include tax. 3. Product Sampling: All bag styles can be sampled based on the physical samples or images provided by the customer. Fabric materials can be selected according to customer requirements to control the product cost per unit. Generally, fabrics in standard colors are available in stock, while special colors require bulk ordering.Sample production time: approximately 3-7 days, sample fee: charged according to the complexity of the product, ranging from 100 to 300 yuan, refundable after placing an order.The cost of making a logo template is charged separately: 100-300 yuan for silk-screening and embroidery of 1-3 colors, 600 yuan for mold-making of rubber labels, and 00 yuan for mold-making of logos. 4. Order contract: Both parties confirm the product style, quantity, unit price, color, material, logo production process, and delivery time, and then sign the order contract.All matters are subject to the provisions of the contract. 5. Production time: Generally, the production time for fabrics in stock is about 15 days. If the order is very urgent, production can be prioritized according to the workshop's scheduling, and delivery can be arranged as early as possible.Special materials and color customization take about 15-30 days. 6. Packaging method: Each product is packaged in an OPP bag (transparent plastic bag), 100-200 pieces per box, using high-quality durable cartons to prevent product damage during transportation. 7. Shipping method: We can arrange for shipment, and the freight cost is as agreed in the contract.Our factory can arrange for delivery to your door.Customers from other regions can choose: a. Car transport (there are dedicated direct-line logistics companies with long-term partnerships, or you can use logistics companies like Xinbang, Debang, etc., with the option of designated door-to-door delivery or cash on delivery).b. Air transport (suitable for customers with particularly urgent needs, faster delivery comes at a higher cost). 8. Payment method: A 30% deposit is required when placing an order. You can inspect the goods at our factory before delivery. The remaining 70% payment will be made after which shipment will be arranged.
