Item description from the seller
🏔️ H5 All-Terrain Dual-Wheel Drive Off-Road Electric Bike
— 3000W Peak Power Dual Motors · 52V 25Ah Extra-Large Battery · Internal Gear Hubs
24×4.0 Fat Tires + Dual 1000W Motors (3000W Peak Power) + 52V 25Ah Battery + 7-Speed Internal Gear Hubs + Front and Rear Hydraulic Brakes — The H5 is designed for those who want a single vehicle for both city commuting and weekend off-road adventures.
🤔 What's so special about this bike?
The H5 isn't an ordinary electric bicycle. It's a dual-motor off-road bike—powered by both the front and rear wheels, with a peak power of 3000W, capable of reaching speeds of 50-64km/h. It also features 24×4.0-inch fat tires, providing excellent traction on sand, snow, mud, and gravel roads.
But it's not just a pure off-road bike. The 7-speed internal transmission hub is hidden inside the rear wheel, ensuring smooth shifting and protection against mud and sand, making city commuting effortless.
One bike, two personalities.
✨ Why should you take a second look at the H5?
1️⃣ Dual motors ≠ Double the power consumption. It's double the grip and double the off-road capability.
The H5's dual-motor design isn't just about speed—although it can indeed reach 64km/h. Its true value lies in:
Climbing: Dual-wheel drive, maximum climbing ability far exceeds that of single-motor models
Mud/Sand: Front wheel doesn't get stuck, rear wheel doesn't slip
Wet/Slippery Roads: Dual-wheel grip, more stable braking
Long-distance riding: Motor load is distributed, no single motor is overloaded
Simply put: A single motor "drags," a dual-motor one "pushes"—the feeling is completely different.
2️⃣ 52V 25Ah battery, not 48V, not 13Ah.
Higher voltage and larger capacity result in more stable output and longer range. A 52V 25Ah high-capacity battery provides: 50-70km pure electric range and 70-100km assisted range. If you commute 20km daily, charging twice a week is sufficient.
3️⃣ Internal derailleur hubs are a plus for off-road motorcycles.
The H5 uses 7-speed internal derailleur hubs (not external derailleurs). Its advantages include: The derailleur mechanism is hidden inside the wheel hub, preventing mud, gravel, and rainwater from entering; smoother shifting without clicking noises; lower maintenance frequency, eliminating the need for frequent chain and derailleur cleaning; and protection against impacts during off-road driving. External derailleurs are "exposed," while internal derailleurs are "reliable"—the H5 chooses the latter for greater peace of mind.
4️⃣ 24×4.0 Fat Tires, All-Terrain Competitor
24-inch fat tires offer better off-road capability than 20-inch tires and greater maneuverability than 26-inch tires—the 4.0-inch width provides ample traction and stability on sand, mud, snow, and gravel roads.
🎯 Who should buy the H5?
Urban commuters: 70-100km range + IPX6 waterproof + hydraulic brakes, suitable for rainy days.
Weekend off-road enthusiasts: Dual motors + fat tires + internal derailleur, sufficient for light to moderate off-road riding.
Tall riders: Suitable for riders 160-195cm tall, comfortable and unrestricted.
For those who don't want the hassle of maintenance: Internal derailleur hubs require less maintenance, worry-free and effortless.
For those seeking top-of-the-line features: Dual motors + large battery + hydraulic brakes + internal derailleur, no need for upgrades after purchase.

Common bicycle problems and solutions
Q: Error code appears on the meter
A: Check the manual to see what kind of fault the error code belongs to, follow the instructions to handle it, and if it still doesn't work, provide error code pictures/videos.
Q: Charger doesn't work
A: First check whether the charger is green or red to green when charging; if the green light is always on, it may be a problem with the charger/charging port/battery, and if the red to green light indicates that the charger is normal, it may be a meter problem.
Q: The meter can't be turned on
A: Check whether the meter line/controller line is plugged in tightly, and re-plug it; if it doesn't work, it may be a problem with the meter/main line/controller
Q: Pedal assist doesn't work
A: Check whether the meter parameters are correct, confirm whether the throttle can work, and whether the sensor line is damaged or loose; if all are correct, replace the sensor
Q: Rear wheel shakes
A: Check whether the spokes are loose and whether they are installed in place; you can tighten the spokes and reinstall the rear wheel.
Q: Motor does not work/has strong noise
A: Check if the controller is loose, re-plug the motor cable of the rear wheel; provide a video of the noise for the technician to determine what the sound is.
Q: Battery does not work/battery life is insufficient
A: Measure the battery voltage after fully charging the battery (provide pictures). If the voltage is abnormal, there may be a problem with the battery/battery cover/circuit board. For battery life issues, customers test the battery life under full charge and provide the VOL when fully charged, the ODO (total mileage) when fully charged, the VOL when the battery is exhausted, and the ODO (total mileage) when the battery is exhausted.
Q: Pedals cannot be installed
A: Check if the left and right pedals are installed/twisted in reverse order. If so, check if the crank/pedal threads are slipped. If slipped, the crank pedals need to be replaced.
Q: Brakes don’t work/are not sensitive/leak oil
A: Adjust the brakes first/check if the brake pads are worn, if there is oil on the brake pads or discs, insufficient friction/is the brake line loose/leak oil, then you need to replace the brakes directly
Q: There is an abnormal sound from the brakes
A: It may be the sound of wiping the disc. Ask the customer to check if the disc is deformed. If it is not deformed, adjusting it can solve the problem. The disc is stuck in the middle of the brake (with a gap), not too close to the left or right side of the brake
Q: The riser is loose and has a gap
A: Check if the headset is aligned and installed, and adjust the headset; if it doesn’t work, replace a headset
Common problems and solutions for scooters
Q: The meter cannot be turned on
A: First check if the line on the back of the meter is plugged in tightly, and re-plug it; if the meter still cannot be turned on after the operation, send a replacement to the customer Instrument/Check if the instrument fuse is burnt out/Check if the instrument or switch plug pin is broken
Q: Motor does not work
A: If it is a dual motor, swap the front and rear controllers to see if the non-working motor will work normally;
Q: Abnormal noise from the motor
A: Check if there is an error code on the screen, and provide a video for the technician to determine if the abnormal noise is normal
Q: Headlight flickers or does not work
A: Check if the line is loose, and re-plug the interface; the step-down board of the light strip may be burned/check if the light switch is available, if not, replace the switch
Q: Steering/taillight does not work
A: Re-plug the line, if it does not work, re-issue the accessories
Q: Brake failure
A: Check if the instrument has an error prompt, if so, the brake power-off switch may be faulty, and the power-off switch needs to be replaced; or check if the brake pads are worn out and the brake line is loose
Q: Error code appears on the instrument
A: Check the corresponding manual to see what kind of fault the error code belongs to, and operate according to the instructions. If it still does not work, provide error code pictures/videos.
Q: The charger does not work
A: First check whether the charger is green or red-to-green when charging; if the green light is always on, it may be a problem with the charger/charging port/battery, and if the red-to-green light is normal, it may be a problem with the instrument.
